What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra staff is needed on site.
This gives your teams the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. Likewise, the head of each photo is found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). How did the staff get the photo?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the recorded photo will be sent directly to the employee's e-mail address.
