The mission goal

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently cut to the optimal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, staff can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

  1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy down the original recording and the different sizes for the different target systems.
  3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
