The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the option to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head is found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. How does the staff get their photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only takes place in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
