It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the required steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously in various sizes.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to choose to receive their image digitally.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo will be sent to the employee's email address right away. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original image and the various sizes for the different target systems.
Alternative uses

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
