The staff photos can be automatically cut to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get his picture?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
