The mission goal
The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photobox that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can happen in several dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for staff to get their photo as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is then sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original image and the various versions for the various target systems.
