What should be achieved?

It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You can position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can be set up.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the background settings you specified. The head of each photo is also detected, scaled to a specified size and placed at a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox.

In order to make the most of your purchase, you have the following options:
