What should be achieved?

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
