The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the option to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently adapted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be set up.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.
