The use of a photo box for employee photos

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined location.

How does the employee get his picture?

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
