What should be achieved?

You give your workforce the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

How do the staff get their picture?

The photo box provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download the original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.
