The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different dimensions.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to receive their photos digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
