You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the required actions on the screen.

How did the staff come to the picture?

The photo box provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can copy down their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
