The staff in your company are given the option to create their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes at regular intervals (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department) and / or bring it up to date.
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the required actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed at a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can happen in various formats at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to choose to receive their image as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can copy down their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
