What should be achieved?
The staff in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in different sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photos as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
