The mission goal

The staff in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the ideal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for

etc. within easy reach.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the picture.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photos as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Additional uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of such a customized photo booth starts at around 4,400 € plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
