What should be achieved?

The staff in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The personnel photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.

How did the staff come to the picture?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the different versions for the different target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN to which the staff has to dial.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
