The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the employee report.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the recorded portrait and the in-house employee data set via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in many dimensions at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will also be visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to receive their image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original image and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over directly.
