The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves with 100% at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the appropriate format, irritating elements are removed from the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth in a similar way to the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the business card. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in many dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can be included on the image.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the staff to get their picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox.

In order to make the best possible use of the investment, the following betting options are available to you:

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept directly.
