What should be achieved?
The staff in your company have the option of taking photos of their personal employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your workforce the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head is found for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place at the same time in various dimensions.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, the staff can choose between three different ways to get their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
