The mission goal

The staff in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in different formats.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photo as a file.

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
