What should be achieved?

You give your workforce the option to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently adapted to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The data collected in this way are then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the staff must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
