The use of a photo box for employee photos

The staff in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then later an element of the file name of the employee photo.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.

How does the employee get his picture?

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original image and the different versions for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
