The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

How does the employee get his picture?

The photo box provides its own WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
