The staff in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen, similar to a photo booth.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be displayed with a sharing option for internal/external use of the employee portrait.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to get their photo digitally.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
