The mission goal
The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra staff is not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves completely with their individual employee photo at any time.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the right format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth like in a photo booth and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read out immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be displayed.
After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can happen in different sizes at the same time.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to get their picture as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email address. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where staff can download their images. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
