What should be achieved?
The staff in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of every photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.

How does the employee get his picture?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
