What should be achieved?

The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra staff on site are not required.
You give your employees the chance to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically cut to the right format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, just like with the passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel ID, first name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image can be output in many sizes at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for

etc. lying ready.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can appear directly on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to receive their photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which staff can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Alternative deployment options

In order to take full advantage of the purchase, you have the following options:

• Production of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Use at staff parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Employee photos (as already described)
• Recordings of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour
• Use at trade fairs to produce personalized “flyers”

The need for investment

The price for the purchase of a photobooth adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is already worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over directly.

Customer ratings
