The mission goal
The staff in your company are given the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backrounds specified by you. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in parallel in several formats.

How does the photographed person get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new images, there are three different ways for staff to get their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to copy down the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
Alternative deployment options
