The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in different formats at the same time.

How does the employee get the picture?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can copy down their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
