The use of a photo box for employee photos

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes at regular intervals (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the required steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to choose to receive their image as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo will be sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different versions for the different target systems.
