What should be achieved?

You give your staff the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different background settings you have specified. In the same way, the head of each photo is determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image can be output in several formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording as well as the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
