   In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site via the supervisor's iPad. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the text for the e-mail and your intended signature. For this option, a satisfactorily fixed WLAN must be made available on site.
2. The system operator
   Each event module is only as good as the one that accompanies it. Our system operator is not only responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the visitors and serves as a source of ideas if a little "ingenuity" is desired on the platform.

   As a proof of our work, you as a customer will receive all films in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the event.

   As our customer, you can choose up to 12 effects for the clip from 192 options.
9. Provision of a 360 degree video system
   For larger parties (from 500 people) a second identical module is available through our partners at the same conditions. It takes about 30 seconds from the start of recording until the generated clip is displayed. The phase that participants need to prepare for and the amount of "attempts" that a user will want can hardly be predicted. However, you can assume a throughput speed of approx. 2-3 minutes on average. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. A 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity.
10. Arrival and departure in Germany
    Nothing more than the number of kilometers driven will be charged.
11. GDPR compliant video download for visitors
    Our unique download system ensures that each visitor only has access to his or her video or videos. For this, each person in the 360° Booth gets a card with a pre-printed random download key. This code then belongs exactly to this video.
12. Archiving the video data
    On request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.
