1. The system operator
   Every event module is only as good as the person who looks after it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the guests and serves as an inspiration when a little "ingenuity" is needed on the video booth.
2. High quality 4-6 point LED lights
   With up to 6 strong RGB LED effect light bars on high-quality stainless steel tripods, there is always enough light for the videos.
3. Design of the clips with intro / outro / overlay
   There are different solutions to brand the film. We would be happy to advise you on this topic.
4. Provision of a 360 degree spincam system
   For larger shows (from 500 participants) another identical system is available through a cooperation partner under the same conditions. From the starting point of the recording to the display of the produced film, around 30 seconds usually elapse. The time that guests need to prepare and the number of "attempts" that a guest will want can hardly be predicted. On average, however, one can assume a sequence duration of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space requirement is approx. 4 × 4 M. A 230V power connection is needed in the immediate vicinity.
5. Archiving the video data
   On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.

If you would like the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the body text for the e-mail and your intended signature. For this option, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be provided on site.
7. Copy of all movies for you as the client
   As proof of our work, you as the client will receive all the movies in their original version as well as in the edited version immediately after the event.
8. Integrated people guidance system
   The high-quality stainless steel columns also serve as a people guidance system (also with LED light strip). Thus, a harmless operation of the 360 ° video booth is guaranteed even when there is no ambient light.
9. GDPR compliant video download for users
   Our unique download system ensures that each visitor only has access to their film or videos. In return, every guest on the 360 ° booth receives a card with a preprinted random download key. This code then belongs exactly to this clip.
