   Our unique gallery system ensures that each user only has access to his film or videos. For this, each person in the 360° Booth gets a card with a pre-printed random download key. This code then fits exactly to this film.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site using the supervisor's tablet. If you would like the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the text for the e-mail message and your intended signature. For this option, a sufficiently fixed WLAN must be made available on site.
3. Archiving the video data
   On request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.
4. The system operator
   Each event module is only as good as the person who takes care of it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of the motivation of the guests and serves as a source of ideas when some "ingenuity" is desired on the 360° Booth.

6. Construction of a 360 degree booth system
   For larger company events (500 or more participants), another identical system is available from a partner on the same terms. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the generated clip. The length of time visitors need to prepare and the number of “shots” a guest wants is difficult to predict. However, you can expect an average throughput time of approx. 3 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. All that is required is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity.
