   In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site using the operator's tablet. If you would like the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the content of the e-mail and your intended signature. For this solution, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
2. Professional 4-6 point LED lamps
   With up to 6 high-performance RGB LED effect light bars on special stainless steel tripods, there is always enough light for the recordings.
3. Copy of all movies for you as the client
   As proof of our campaign, you as a customer will receive all films in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the fair.
4. 49 ″ LCD display
   As an immediate on-site attraction, the films are displayed in their finished form on a large 49-inch 4k LCD TV a few seconds after they are shot.
5. Provision of a 360 degree video system
   For larger celebrations (from 500 people) a second identical system is available through our partner at the same price. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the generated film. The stage guests will need to prepare and the number of "shots" a guest will want is difficult to predict. However, one can assume an average duration of approx. 3 minutes. The area required is approx. 4×4 m. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.
6. The system operator
   Each event module is only as good as the one that accompanies it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing visitors and serves as a source of ideas when a little "ingenuity" is needed on the platform.
7. Development in Germany
   Nothing more than the kilometers driven will be billed.
8. GDPR compliant download for guests
   Our unique download system ensures that each guest only has access to their video or videos. For this, each guest on the platform receives a card with a pre-printed random code. This code then belongs exactly to this video.
9. Archiving the video data
   Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
10. Design of the clips with intro / outro / overlay
    There are different ways of making the film. We would be happy to advise you on this point.
