The solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
