Our proposed solution

You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not alone get the new photos, the employee has three different options to get his photo digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
