One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get his photo?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the sales representative can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
