What should be achieved?
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to create and / or update individual employee photos at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more background settings you specified. The head is also detected for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can be done synchronously in several sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” by means of a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to get their picture as a file.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the workforce can use to download the original image and the various formats for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Other deployment options
To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
