The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to get their picture as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
