One possible solution

How did the staff get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to get their picture as a file.

  1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
    The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
    In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox.
  3. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
