The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their own employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, just like with a passport photo machine.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can happen in different sizes at the same time.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his photo as a file.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the different versions for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
