What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID. The information recorded in this way is then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.
So you always have the best possible photo for

etc. within easy reach.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways to receive their image as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Additional deployment options

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The price for purchasing such a perfected photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
