The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.

How does the employee get his photo?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent immediately to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
