What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best possible format, freed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee picture, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can happen synchronously in different sizes.

How does the employee get the photo?

The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
