What should be achieved?

You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the recorded portrait and the internal employee data set takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to receive their image digitally.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
