What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the chance to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or in the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take place synchronously in different forms.

Of course, every file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.
- Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept directly.
