What should be achieved?

You give your teams the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place synchronously in different formats.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original image and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
