The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
