What should be achieved?

It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves completely with their personal employee photo at any time.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined position.

The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in several dimensions.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not only get the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their photos digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
