What should be achieved?

You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to choose to receive their photos digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
