The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee report can be set up.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can be done synchronously in different sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

The photobooth provides a private WLAN into which the employee has to dial in.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
