The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically adjusted to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen and as an input terminal for the necessary information, e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for the Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photographed picture and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take many forms at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
WhatsApp & Co, Twitter, Facebook, Outlook
etc. are available.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the company's logo and/or the employee's name and position will also be visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the company employees to choose to also receive their picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the company employees must dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

The need for investment

The price for the purchase of a photo box adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
