One possible solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo booth, comparable to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

How does the employee get the photo?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the different target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
